Huge apologies for the radio silence – life has been pretty hectic, it’s no excuse but hey I’m only human right?
Some of you know I returned to work over the summer which has been great, then followed summer hols, an then before we knew it,B Boy was back at school and now Christmas is almost round the corner!
So what’s going on these days I hear you cry, well after a long time off searching for a new job, being cut off by HMRC, then finding out they overpaid(don’t even get me started) I finally saw light at the end of the tunnel in an unexpected place….3 months down the line I love it! No really, I’ve had many jobs over the years and whilst my job has taken me to unfamiliar territory, I can honestly say I really am enjoying my life.
One thing I’ve not yet got to grips with is the home life/work balance, but the hubz and little man have been so supportive and I’m trying not to sweat the small stuff, but honestly I’ve no idea how women out there hold down a job, work 40+hrs, be a mum and and wifey and manage the house all at the same time. (and if any of you say get a cleaner.. trust me the thought has already crossed my mind)
So what’s in store for me and blogging, well there’s lot’s of exciting things ahead. I’m in the process of updating the look and feel of my site, as well as a new laptop to help with my work to, thanks to the wonderful gift from the hubz.
So if you guys can bear with me just a little while longer whilst I promise to be more present over here, but if you can’t wait, just tune in to my Instagram or Facebook channels for more regular updates.
If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be a stylist, now couldn’t be a better time to give it a try. Often my friends ask me about my life as a Stella & Dot stylist, I simply tell them it’s great! I have a fantastic home/work life and with so much jewellery and accessories to own and wear, what girl wouldn’t want to join one fo the fastest growing businesses in the world! I’ve always been a social butterfly and when I was in the workforce I was always in charge of the social calendar. Nowadays I get paid party (and wear gorgeous accessories too!)
Stella & Dot have an amazing sign up offer this month, it really is too good to pass up. Stylists can enjoy and extra £75 in accessories when they sign up in January. That means they will receive £375 in jewellery and accessories AND as a first time exclusive you will be refunded your sign up fee (£169) when you sell 1000 personal qualifying volume (PQV) within the first 30 days of signing up as a stylist (also known as Quickstart).
Stella & Dot have had sign up offers before but never have they given a full rebate on the sign up offer. I’m entering my 3rd year with them as a stylist and I am having the time of my life. I choose my hours, I spend quality time with my family and friends and the rewards always have me hooked to the job!
If you’re curious all I would say is what have you got to lose? Do you want to look back and wonder what it would have been like working with one of the most successful businesses across the globe, surrounded by women (and men) who encourage, support and empower. I know I’d hate to have ever wondered what if?

There’s a great quote that I often see on social sites – Do what you love, love what you do!
