Welcome to my new series called the “Mad Cow Diaries” so what’s it all about? Basically I wanted to start to talk more about lifestyle, health and have a space to talk about mental health(that and the general ups and downs of a 30 something mum of 1 trying to live each day) You’ll see that I’ve added an extra sub header on the menu so you’ll be able to find my posts a lot easier.
